As a manufacturer of life saving products, quality is a top priority. We at IPT have adopted a higher-level quality system that is compliant with the stringent requirements of ISO9001:2000. All of our company quality processes have been documented in our company quality manual. Additionally, DCMA has reviewed our quality system, and found it to be compliant with the needs of our current defense contracts.

IPT is a manufacturer of military build-to-print and internally developed products. We are able to produce moderate quantity production orders on short turn-around. Due to IPT's extensive relationships within the industry, we can provide any sewn textile product quickly, cost effectively, and with high quality. Some examples of IPT's manufacturing capabilities are listed below:

· Lightweight sewing (ie. parachute canopies, pilot chutes, straps, deployment bags)

· Standard weight sewing (ie. vests, pockets, bridles, containers, risers)

· Heavyweight sewing (ie. harnesses, packs)

· Computer designed pattern sewing

· Hot Knife Cutting

· Searing, Wax Dip

· Trimming

· Marking

· Grommet Installation

· Snap Installation

IPT has all of the equipment required to fabricate everything from simple to more demanding textile assemblies. An abbreviated list is provided below:

· Zigzag (single and double throw) Machines

· Marking tables

· Cutting tables and equipment

· Parachute packing tables

IPT has an established performance history, having successfully performed on multiple government contracts. IPT has a 100% quality acceptance rating, having never had any quality deficiencies identified on any of its programs.
